This HR management vacancy will intially start as a 6 month contract with the view of it being made permanent. Milton Keynes based. CIPD is not essential. However, the company will pay towards your studies, should you be kept on permanently.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
- Drive efficiencies and value add to the business through the management of a World Class HR Function.
- Grow HR with a target to increase the customer base from 11,000 to 24,000 by 2011 and remaining business by 2012.
- Manage a team of 15 professional HR employees.
Brief Key Accountabilities:
- To develop and deliver processes that push the boundaries of stretching service levels (SLA's).
- To improve customer satisfaction against agreed targets.
- To develop , implement and deliver a staff satisfaction improvement plan using EOS as the measuring tool.
Person Specification:
- Ability to create a clear meaningful and compelling image of the desired future.
- Proven track record within Human Resources or large operations team.
- Confident communicator with the ability to cope with a fast paced and fast changing enviroment.
- A can do/positive attitude and approach.
- A good people manager, respected by the team.
