Location - Milton Keynes. This Milton Keynes based company is looking for a Data Co-ordinator to join their established team.
Role:
The candidate will be working in a busy, fast- paced environment.
Primarily the role will include telephone work, data input and data analysis.
The candidate will need to provide IT telephone support to retailers and field- based staff.
The position is a permanent position. There is an opportunity for this role to develop into a managerial with 6 months to a year.
Previous experience:
Proven customer service experience.
Proven data input and analysis experience.
Skills/ Competencies:
Intermediate Excel qualification.
Intermediate Word qualification.
Proven communication skills.
Proven time management skills.
Personal Attributes:
Evidence of being a team player.
Self- motivated.
Ability to adapt to change.
Circumstances:
Car driver.
Ability to be flexible on hours- eight hour shift start time may range from 6am to 9.30am
The salary for this role is starting at £16K, rising to £18.5K per annum after 3 months probationary period. |
