Location - Northampton. Purpose of job:
Provide advice and guidance on the best method of supporting the SharePoint environment given the procedures in place for dealing with support incidents and the way that Information Technology is currently structured.
Principal accountabilities:
1. Become familiar with the company’s SharePoint environment.
2. Become familiar with the IT support incident resolution and escalation processes.
3. Document the optimum allocation of roles and responsibilities for supporting the SharePoint environment.
4. Advise and support IT support staff in the key tasks and techniques required to provide the best possible support of the SharePoint environment.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Proven experience of supporting a SharePoint environment.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience of supporting business applications. |
