Our Client is looking for an individual who is focused, motivated and possesses exceptional communication and relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will be determined to succeed, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, have proven billing and previous experience within the COMMERCIAL RECRUITMENT FIELD.
Key responsibilities:
Interviewing potential candidates; match and place them as appropriate; the ability to increase new business and develop existing business. Meeting financial targets; monitoring spend against budgets; effective running of the business, ensuring the delivery of a high quality service to customers. Attracting new candidates through marketing activities/initiatives. Calculating fees; keeping clients/candidates informed. Dealing with customers in the branch / on the telephone in an efficient and professional manner. Ensuring systems/procedures are in line with policies and audit requirements.
